Does any of this sound familiar?
If you nodded at one or two, a hearing test is worth an hour of your time. Hearing usually changes so slowly that family notices before you do.
- You often ask people to repeat themselves
- Family says the TV is too loud
- Restaurants and gatherings are hard to follow
- People seem to mumble
- Phone calls are harder than they used to be
- You hear ringing or buzzing in your ears

Questions people ask us
Is the hearing test really free?
Yes. If you are 65 or over, your hearing test costs nothing and you're under no obligation to buy hearing aids.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. You can book directly with us.
What if I need hearing aids?
We'll show you the options that fit your hearing and your budget. As an ADP-registered provider, we apply Ontario's Assistive Devices Program funding and complete the forms for you. WSIB, ODSP, Ontario Works and refugee coverage are also accepted.
Can I bring someone with me?
Please do. A familiar voice helps with part of the testing, and it's useful to have a second person hear the results.
Do you test children?
Yes, we test children from about age 5. We don't test babies or toddlers.
